Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Do you work as a remote BCBA or work until 5 PM and would like to take on supplementary, after-hours clients? Our part-time positions may be the perfect fit for you!

BCBA Pay Rate: $65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).

First Year Bonus: $5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.

At Steady Strides ABA, we provide in-home ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team uses proven, evidence-based practices to help clients build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.   • Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families

  • Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)

  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism

  • Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits)
