Bayless Integrated Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our compassionate team, operating entirely in a remote setting from Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time role requires a commitment to providing comprehensive telehealth services to individuals in need of support and intervention, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year.

The remote work environment at Bayless Integrated Mental Healthcare is designed to facilitate flexibility and a supportive atmosphere for both staff and clients. Utilizing advanced telehealth technologies, our team collaborates effectively from various locations to ensure that every patient receives personalized and timely mental health care. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While the majority of scheduling is fixed, there may be some flexibility required to meet patient needs, ensuring that we provide adequate support across different time frames.

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' unique life experiences and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients. This includes techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that resonate with their cultural and personal backgrounds.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth to address a wide array of mental health concerns and enhance resilience in patients.
• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care approach.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention support during challenging mental health emergencies, demonstrating a high degree of responsiveness and expertise.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions to promote best practices across our team.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices relevant to mental health therapy, incorporating new findings into treatment methodologies.

By understanding their distinct experiences and needs, you will be crucial in delivering effective, inclusive treatment that resonates with each patient.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues and treatment methodologies applicable to a diverse clientele.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and therapeutic relationships through a virtual medium.

• Prior experience in a multicultural mental health setting or similar environment.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, psychological assessments, and therapy modalities.
