Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical / Battery System Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in electric motor, battery systems, and Battery Management System (BMS) development. The engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and validating electrical systems for automotive applications, and supporting the final product release.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Design and develop electric motor, battery pack, and BMS systems.
โ€ข Create electrical schematics and system specifications.
โ€ข Conduct testing and validation for electrical and battery systems.
โ€ข Analyze test data and improve system performance and reliability.
โ€ข Support prototype development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
โ€ข Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration into vehicles.
โ€ข Prepare technical documents and test reports.
โ€ข Support final product validation and release for automotive use.
Requirements
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
โ€ข 3-5 years of experience in electrical systems, battery systems, or EV power systems.
โ€ข Experience with battery packs and BMS is preferred.
โ€ข Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and testing.
โ€ข Good problem-solving and communication skills.
โ€ข English required and Chinese (Mandarin) preferred
