Job description


Responsibilities:
  • A flexible engineer who will support both battery pack activities at AEI and HIL operations as needed
  • Develop test plan for battery validation in cell for Technicians
  • Perform fault injection testing
  • Validate Functional Safety requirements on HIL
  • Acting as the liaison between technicians and the systems team to ensure requirements are validated thoroughly
  • Create and document test report in RNnS (Integrity)
  • Review test report with the team
  • Driving activities independently in a fast paced environment

Requirements:
  • CAN communication
  • Python scripting for automated test development
  • Battery systems experience with understanding of how critical BMs features work example SOC, SOH, power limits, diagnostics
  • Diagnostics calibration and validation experience
  • Circuit and wiring diagram review understanding
  • FuSa validation experience
  • Tools and UDS protocol experience
