About the Role:

The Batch Man / Dispatcher plays a critical role in the construction industry by managing the preparation and delivery of concrete batches to ensure quality and consistency on job sites. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to measure, mix, and monitor materials according to project specifications and safety standards. The Batch Man collaborates closely with site supervisors and equipment operators to coordinate timely batching and delivery, minimizing delays and maintaining workflow efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:
