Job description
Le technicien de maintenance sera responsable de toutes les reparations et de la maintenance preventive necessaires au bon fonctionnement de nos equipements de broyage et de production. Ces equipements comprennent notamment les melangeurs, les broyeurs, les pompes, les filtres, les compresseurs pneumatiques et autres equipements de fabrication. La personne occupant ce poste devra posseder un ensemble de competences polyvalentes incluant des connaissances de base en electricite, en soudure, en fabrication, en depannage, en resolution de problemes et de solides competences analytiques. Le technicien de maintenance sera en contact avec divers produits chimiques et dechets chimiques, dont certains peuvent etre dangereux. Le candidat retenu devra etre disponible pour travailler de jour.
Exigences du poste
- Communiquer en francais et en anglais
- Capacite a effectuer un travail physique exigeant, parfois repetitif, comme soulever, pousser ou tirer des objets pesant jusqu'a 23 kg, travailler dans des conditions de temperatures extremes, a l'interieur comme a l'exterieur.
- Effectuer la maintenance speciale, courante et preventive des equipements de fraisage de production afin d'assurer un fonctionnement optimal.
- Diagnostiquer et resoudre rapidement les problemes mecaniques, electriques et pneumatiques afin de minimiser les temps d'arret.
- Depannage et reparation des composants electriques des equipements de fraisage.
- Effectuer les installations et mises a niveau electriques de base selon les besoins.
- Effectuer des travaux de soudage et de fabrication pour reparer ou modifier les composants d'equipement.
- S'assurer que les travaux de soudure respectent les normes de securite et de qualite de l'industrie.
- Analyser les dysfonctionnements des equipements et mettre en uvre des solutions efficaces.
- Collaborer avec les autres equipes du departement pour identifier et traiter les causes profondes des problemes.
- Utilisez des applications web pour la surveillance des equipements, l'analyse des donnees et la planification de la maintenance.
- Restez informe des technologies emergentes pour ameliorer la surveillance et le diagnostic des equipements.
- Mettre a jour et tenir a jour des dossiers et des rapports de maintenance detailles.
- Effectuer toute autre tache assignee ou requise.

Qualifications requises pour le poste
- Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent ; une certification technique ou un diplome dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- Experience averee dans la maintenance et la reparation des equipements de fraisage de production.
- Maitrise des travaux electriques de base, du soudage et de la fabrication.
- Solides competences en depannage et en resolution de problemes.
- Connaissance des applications web et de la suite Microsoft.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration.
- Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe.
- Esprit analytique et approche proactive de la maintenance.
