Pay: $20.00/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am - with overtime as needed including Friday
Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Job Type: Internship - not benefits eligible
Job Duration: Approximately 12 weeks (June through August)

Internship Goals:
- Learning departmental processes and procedures
- Identify, develop, and deploy your personal leadership style within a high-demand distribution facility
- Develop the skills needed to prioritize and delegate daily workload to ensure completion and accuracy
- Identify your “Team Relate” types and how to use them to be successful
- Identify and contribute to any department related CI projects
What You Bring:
- College Junior or Senior working toward management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar degree program
- Previous leadership experience – highly preferred
- A keen eye for identifying process or system errors with a drive to improve those processes
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
