Job description

Draper, Inc. is recruiting for applicants interested in summer employment. Positions will be available in both the office and manufacturing. Pay is $18.50 per hour. Applicants who return from the prior year are eligible for a $.50 per hour wage increase. Positions typically last until around Labor Day. Some may be available through the end of October.

Office openings include positions in such areas as Sales (including Order Entry), Engineering, I.T., and Materials/Inventory. These positions are all on day shift. Work hours will be discussed at the time of an interview or job offer.

Factory openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift. 1st shift is 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Night shift is 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Night shift includes a $.50 per our night shift premium. Overtime may be available and some of it may be mandatory.

General requirements for summer employment

  • Factory: At least 18 years old. If not in High School, have to either have a High School diploma or GED.
