Our client in Indiana is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for a 90-day assignment starting Aug 1, 2026. This role involves Monday-Friday onsite coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekend coverage, and requires supporting comprehensive patient care within a dynamic surgical environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care in a cardiovascular and thoracic surgery setting.

Additional Information

  • EMR: Cerner
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday onsite coverage (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), including daily CV Surgery meetings. Weekend coverage involves 24-hour shifts with approximately 4 hours onsite (starting 6:00 AM for rounding).
