Job Description

Position Functions or Responsibilities:
The developer will be joining an existing data conversion team that
is responsible for implementing/fixing a Data Conversion system written
in P/L SQL.
Responsibilities include:
Analyze , troubleshoot, debug and develop fixes in Data Conversion ETL Code written in P/L SQL
Develop P/L SQL Queries to test fixes and ensure accuracy of data
Jump into complex code, understand it quickly, and fix issues.
Write unit tests and work with QA team to ensure quality testing.
Basic Qualifications:
Min. 5 years' of experience
P/L SQL development
Writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and Adhoc queries using PL/SQL.
Microsoft Transact-SQL.
Strong data analysis, debugging, problem solving skills and ability
to triage technical issues & drive resolution of issues.
Experience with Oracle SQL Developer client
Exposure to data quality tools, scripting languages and agile development methodology will be a plus
Prior Data movement and Data Conversion/ ETL Experience is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, client focus and results orientation
Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic and a self-starter.
Ability to work independently and think out of the box.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced project environment, work long hours and meet strict deadlines
