Job description

Need At least 8+ Years of overall experience

Position: RSA Archer with production support
Location: Atlanta, GA – Onsite from day 1
6-12+ Months Contract – W2 / C2C

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 4-5 years in RSA Archer platform administration
  • Hands-on with production support and monitoring
  • Experience in break-fix, maintenance, change management
  • Knowledge of basic SQL/database querying
  • Exposure to integration of Archer with other systems
  • SA Archer: Deep hands-on experience in admin, integration, and support
  • Production Support: Experience in monitoring, incident handling, break-fix
  • Change & Release Management: Familiar with release cycles, validations, minor enhancements
  • Risk & Compliance: Risk identification, incident response, compliance reporting
  • SQL/DB: Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiar with app infra setup, alert configs
  • Communication & Coordination: Must be able to liaise with engineering, OEM, and business stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform.
  • Lead the administration of items such as user accounts, data feeds, workflow & reports access etc.
  • Provide and maintain application availability; ensure the application is active and operating as defined in any service level agreements; monitor application in production environment, including periodically monitoring servers, application etc.
  • Should be able to identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization, considering both internal and external factors.
  • Should be responsible for incident response; developing processes to detect, respond to, and recover from incidents and breaches.
  • Regularly assessing and reporting on risk management activities, performance indicators and compliance status
  • Involvement in Change Management activities for application break fix, minor enhancements, perfective maintenance changes, monitoring needs, validations for releases etc.
  • Supporting change management in accordance with Client’s standard change management policies/practices.
  • Perform recovery of services based upon defined processes and ad-hoc troubleshooting.
  • Resolving incidents and providing break-fix support.
  • Proactively remediating potential performance issues leveraging client Incident Management Process Coordinate with the OEM and Engineering teams for resolving incidents that are part of the warranty.
  • Perform work related to: (i) corrective maintenance, (ii) perfective maintenance, (iii) minor enhancements, (iv) technical maintenance enhancements and (v) application support requests
  • Experience in handling the Production support activities of RSA Archer
  • Integration of RSA Archer with 3rd part tools/applications/platform
  • Monitor PROD environment, servers and ensure the application is up, verify the system performance
  • Should have knowledge on release management process
  • Basic understanding on Application infrastructure set up, alert set up.
  • Should have basic SQL knowledge and DB knowledge
