Job description

Job Title: ETL Developer
Job Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Mode: Hybrid (Onsite visits to the office will be required 1-2 times per month)
Contract Duration: 5 Months
Note: W2 and C2C candidates can apply for this role
Local Candidates are preferred
Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ETL development with at least 1 year using Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Functions (minimum of 5 years experience).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices (minimum of 5 years experience).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud architecture (minimum of 5 years experience).
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., DP-203, AZ-900).
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Python for data transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Boards (minimum of 5 years experience).
Client is seeking a skilled ETL Programmer with hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF)to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory,Data Flows, and Mapping Data Flows.
  • Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Blob Storage, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and data ware houses in Azure.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure data quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Automate data workflows and optimize performance for large-scale data processing.
