Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA. As a key member of our team, you will work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you are passionate about helping others reach their full potential and possess the required skills, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients, implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data on client progress

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies

  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records

  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions

  • Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Requirements:

  • Graduate-level education in a relevant field (Certified in RBT)

  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities

  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents

  • Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus

  • Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
