About the Role:

As an RBT at Kids Club ABA, you will play a vital role in providing individualized ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. You will work closely with our team of experienced clinicians to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, teaching children new skills and behaviors that promote independence, socialization, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior reduction and skills acquisition strategies in a 1:1 setting

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

  • Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and modify treatment plans

  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and staff

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff members

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

  • Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred

  • Ability to lift and move clients' equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds)

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and treatment centers

  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
