Job Title: Data Analyst (hybrid- Monday- Thursday)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

FLSA: Exempt

Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide variety of analytical tasks. This includes but is not limited to: gathering data from different systems using complex SQL queries, creating enterprise data models, developing cutting edge BI reporting, working with business partners to identify new analytical projects, providing in-depth analysis that bridges the gap between data and business decisions, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. This role will be responsible for supporting the highest priority initiatives at the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical analysis to support business decision making across claims, sales, and other business lines.
  • Work in coordination with data engineers to develop ETL processes to take data from across different systems and bring them into centralized data models.
  • Build enterprise-wide reports using Power BI and other tools.
  • Develop scalable infrastructure to distribute reports to external facing clients.

Job Requirements:

  • B.S. in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or equivalent.
  • M.S. in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
  • AI experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
