About the Role
This role performs moderate data management and analysis activities within a defined data domain, supporting business and technical stakeholders. You will work closely with data sources and internal partners to research, validate, and analyze data, helping to improve data quality and usability. The role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration, and continuous learning in a datadriven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support business teams through data analysis and research activities
  • Modify and run predesigned queries to assess data for research and reporting
  • Independently produce basic data statistics, coverage metrics, and field population analysis
  • Run data profiles and perform routine data review and verification
  • Investigate, track, and report data issues, ensuring timely resolution or clarification
  • Provide technical problem-solving support to less technical teams
  • Support new data onboarding and ongoing production data management tasks
  • Produce ad hoc data counts, statistics, and examples as required

Requirements

  • Experience working in data management or data analysis with demonstrated analytical capability
  • Practical experience using query or development languages such as SQL, UNIX/Linux, XML, HPCC, or similar tools
  • Experience working with multiple data types and formats, including XML and flat or delimited files
  • Ability to analyze data and link facts to form clear, meaningful conclusions
  • Strong attention to detail, including effective proofreading and data validation skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
