In this role, you will lead the U.S. Tax function for Agricultural Solutions, with full accountability for U.S. direct and indirect tax matters in a complex, multi-national environment.   • Leading the timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of all U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings, including corporate income tax and indirect taxes.
  • Overseeing tax accounting, tax payments, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with statutory and management reporting.
  • Owning and managing the U.S. tax compliance calendar, ensuring deadlines are met with strong controls and governance.
  • Leading and developing the U.S. tax organization, driving performance, capability building, and a high standard of execution.
  • Acting as the primary advisor to senior leadership on U.S. tax matters, providing clear guidance on risks, opportunities, and compliance requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining a robust tax control framework, ensuring audit readiness and leading all tax audits and authority interactions.
  • Partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and business leaders, as well as global tax teams and external advisors.
  • Supporting key business activities including transactions, restructurings, and strategic initiatives with clear and practical tax guidance.
  • Driving continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and use of tax technology.

If you...

  • Have a Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent professional certification required.
  • Bring 10–15 years of progressive experience in U.S. corporate taxation, within a multinational corporation and/or leading advisory firm.
  • Have proven experience in a senior tax leadership role with responsibility for U.S. tax operations in a complex organization.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in U.S. corporate income tax, state and local tax, indirect taxes, and tax accounting.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams through demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • Work effectively in a global, matrixed environment while partnering across functions and geographies.
  • Bring exposure to large-scale transformation, restructuring, or IPO-readiness environments, which is strongly preferred.
  • Apply strong business acumen to translate complex tax topics into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders with executive presence and sound judgment.
  • Use ERP systems, such as SAP, and tax technology tools with a focus on process efficiency and data quality.
