1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:Serve as a senior subject matter expert supporting strategic risk and finance data transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role will play a key part in the implementation of Basel III Endgame requirements, Axiom regulatory reporting solutions, and migration of risk and finance data assets to cloud-based platforms. Responsible for partnering with Risk, Finance, Technology, Regulatory Reporting, and Data Management stakeholders to define data requirements, document business rules, support data sourcing and integration activities, and ensure data quality and governance across multiple systems.
The role will focus on regulatory reporting data needs, including the aggregation, staging, validation, and reconciliation of data used for capital and regulatory reporting. Working in a highly complex and evolving environment, this individual will provide technical leadership, drive resolution of data challenges, support implementation of new reporting capabilities, and contribute to the modernization of enterprise risk and finance data infrastructure involving loans, deposits, derivatives, securities, and collateral data domains.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

7. May play a lead role or technical consultant role in large or complex projects or initiatives.

8. Has full management responsibilities for teammates: hiring, disciplinary, coaching, terminating, performance reviews.

9. Job with primary focus on management responsibilities that directly manages a team (5 or more teammates) of professionals.

10. This higher level of Manager (level 2) reflects a large scope relative to the typical Manager role and indicates a focus on a highly complex client group. May manage a team made up of subordinate managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System, and 10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

4. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant experience supporting regulatory reporting, risk data, finance data management, or capital reporting functions.
3. Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including FR Y-9C, Call Reports, Basel III Endgame, capital reporting, and related banking regulations.
4. Experience supporting or implementing Axiom regulatory reporting solutions, including data sourcing, mapping, validation, and reporting processes.
5. Experience supporting cloud-based data platforms, enterprise data warehouses, and large-scale data migration initiatives.
6. Demonstrated expertise in data engineering, data integration, ETL processes, data lineage, and data quality management.
7. Experience working with complex banking data domains including loans, deposits, derivatives, securities, collateral, and other balance sheet products.
8. Experience supporting cloud-based data platforms, enterprise data warehouses, and large-scale data migration initiatives.
9. Advanced technical skills in SQL, Python, data modeling, data analysis, and reporting technologies.
10. Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable data and reporting solutions.
11. Experience working in highly regulated banking environments with strong controls, governance, and risk management disciplines.
12. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver high-quality results within aggressive regulatory-driven timelines.
