About the Role

REP Baseball is seeking two enthusiastic and dependable Baseball Coaches to lead teams of 4th graders and 6th/7th graders throughout our summer baseball league. This is a great opportunity for coaches who are passionate about developing young athletes in a fun, competitive, and positive environment.

Coaches will be responsible for leading their teams during games, teaching baseball fundamentals, encouraging sportsmanship, and helping players build confidence while fostering a love for the game.

Responsibilities
  • Coach two games each Tuesday and Wednesday evening throughout the summer season.
  • Teach and reinforce baseball fundamentals, including hitting, throwing, fielding, baserunning, and game strategy.
  • Provide instruction and encouragement to players of varying skill levels.
  • Create a positive, energetic, and supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development.
  • Manage game lineups, substitutions, and in-game coaching decisions.
