i9 Sports is looking for an energetic Baseball Sports Coordinator to help create a fun, organized, and positive experience for young athletes and their families. You partner with volunteer coaches and referees, support game-day operations, and help ensure every player has a great experience.
ScheduleWeekend game days (Saturday and/or Sunday, depending on location) throughout each 6-week season.
This is a great opportunity for teachers, coaches, college students, former athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and sports!
Responsibilities - Support volunteer coaches during practices and games.
- Teach and demonstrate baseball fundamentals and sportsmanship.
- Oversee game-day operations for your assigned sport.
- Build positive relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
- Create a fun, safe, and organized environment for every athlete.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience playing and/or coaching baseball preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Comfortable leading groups and taking charge when needed.
- Positive attitude and a passion for working with kids.
