Position Summary:

The Corporate Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires a professional, welcoming demeanor and strong organizational and communication skills. The receptionist manages front-desk operations, ensures a positive visitor experience, and provides administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct all visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Create ID and security access badges for employees and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms, visitor appointments, and guest access.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting setup, and employee events as needed.
  • Order food and snacks for special events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
  • Ensure front-desk procedures align with security and confidentiality policies.

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with phone systems and visitor management software is a plus.

 Work Environment:

  • Office environment; requires sitting for extended periods.
  • Interacts with staff, clients, vendors, and visitors regularly.
