Traders Point Christian Schools (TPCS) is seeking a Christ-centered, relational, and transformational leader to serve as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach. The Head Coach is responsible for providing visionary leadership for the entire baseball program while developing student-athletes spiritually, academically, athletically, and personally.

At TPCS, we believe every head coach is more than a sport-specific instructor—they are a leader entrusted with building people, developing future leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and advancing the mission of our Athletic Department. While each sport has unique competitive responsibilities, every head coach is expected to embrace the same leadership framework and departmental standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for coaching and mentoring young men while possessing the ability to lead people, manage operations, develop assistant coaches, communicate effectively, and build a sustainable program that reflects Christian character, competitive excellence, servant leadership, and organizational accountability.

  • Operations – Managing programs with excellence through organization, planning, accountability, stewardship, and professionalism.
  • People Development – Investing in the spiritual, personal, academic, athletic, and leadership growth of every student-athlete.
  • Building High-Performing Organizations – Creating sustainable programs characterized by strong culture, continuous improvement, healthy relationships, and long-term success.

These expectations provide consistency across every athletic program at TPCS and serve as the foundation for coach evaluation, professional development, and program success.
