What You Will Do

As Product Marketing Manager for the Metasys portfolio, you will lead strategic, global marketing initiatives for our flagship Building Automation System (BAS). You will define and execute outcome-driven marketing strategies that strengthen market leadership, accelerate growth, and expand customer and channel engagement.

This role combines strategic thinking with execution excellenceleadingthe annual softwareglobalrelease,driving integrated campaigns, and delivering measurable business impact. You will own performance-led marketing programs, using data, benchmarks, and KPIs to maximize return on investment and influence revenue growth.

You will report to the Global Marketing Director, BAS & Controls & HVACR.

Role Overview

You are the voice of the customer and a key driver of market success for the Metasys portfolio. Partnering cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and regionalmarketingteams, you will translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

You will position our solutions to resonate with building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and enterprise customersdriving both new business and lifecycle growth across existing installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth

  • Develop and lead the annual product marketing plan to deliver targeted growth, including a minimum contribution of 2% incremental revenue in FY27

  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive gaps to shape portfolio strategy

  • Go-to-Market & Launch Excellence

  • Define and execute global go-to-market strategies for new and existing BAS offerings

  • Lead end-to-end product launches, including campaign planning, messaging, content development, and performance tracking

  • Align launch execution across regions, channels, and customer segments

  • Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Design and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement

  • Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to optimize audience targeting, channel mix, and campaign performance

  • Customer & Market Insightsfor Thought Leadership

  • Apply market research, analytics, and industry insights to inform strategy and messaging

  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitive positioningand BAS landscape, understanding market size, potential, trends, etc.

  • Champion the voice of the customer across product, marketing, and commercial teams

  • Messaging & Enablement

  • Develop differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging that clearly articulate business outcomes (efficiency, resilience, cybersecurity, sustainability)

  • Create high-impact sales enablement tools to support global sales and channel teams

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate across product management, engineering, L&D, business development, and legal teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality marketing programs

  • Manage external agencies and partners to execute campaigns effectively

  • Performance & Optimization

  • Define success metrics and track KPIs to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI

  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record in strategic marketing leadership

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical offerings into compelling, customer-focused value propositions

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience driving measurable business outcomes through KPI-led marketing

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed organization

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

  • Experience in building automation, HVAC, or industrial technology markets

  • Global or international marketing experience
