We are hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests - creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive menu suggestions, and a warm, engaging dining atmosphere
  • Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth restaurant and food and beverage operations every shift
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes - accurately and confidently answering guest questions about food and drink selections
  • Ensure consistent guest satisfaction with food quality, beverage presentation, and overall dining experience from the first course to the final check
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe, and professional hotel restaurant work environment
  • Accurately process all payment methods - cash, card, and digital - and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation
  • Maintain a neat, professional personal appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality that keeps guests coming back
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
  • Previous server, restaurant, or food and beverage customer service experience preferred - not required; we will train the right candidate
  • An outgoing, social personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a hotel restaurant or dining environment
