We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our hotel engineering team. If you're a skilled hotel maintenance technician, facilities technician, or general maintenance professional looking for a stable, full-time maintenance job with strong benefits, a clear path for growth, and the support of one of the country's leading hospitality companies — this is your opportunity. What You'll Do

  • Ensure the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, brand, and guest expectations across all areas of the property
  • Make structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings; patch or replace plaster and plasterboard; paint walls and ceilings
  • Trim, cut, and lay flooring — including linoleum, tile, and carpet — as part of routine hotel maintenance and renovation work
  • Check fixtures, lighting, and signage for proper operation; maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and light bulbs
  • Respond to and complete hotel maintenance work orders in a timely, guest-focused manner
  • Keep all work areas — including the maintenance shop and guest rooms — neat, safe, and orderly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general hotel maintenance, with the ability to operate hand and power tools proficiently
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems — extensive training provided; prior HVAC experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license — required
  • High school diploma or equivalent — required; prior technical, trade, or vocational training preferred
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and move for extended periods
