The Kensington Hotel is looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual to take over our Dishwasher position! We have AM or PM shifts, full or part time available. Our generous benefits package includes:

The successful candidate will:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.

Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.

Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.

Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Clean garbage cans with water or steam.

Sweep or scrub floors.

Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.

Perform any other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Strong attention to detail and time management

Passion for quality, safety and sanitation

Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6-10 hours at a time).

Ability to move, lift and handle equipment, supplies and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to position self to move items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to shelves and cabinets above and below counter height
