Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician

Georgia System in the State


Position Highlights:

  • General Cardiology position open due to practice growth
  • New building for Cardiology coming soon; work with a well-established healthcare system
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule with designated Cath lab days - interventionalist gets top priority
  • Culture & Support: Cardiovascular Surgeons support General Cardiology with call; APP supplied for each physician
  • Leadership Opportunities: Lead Cardiologist position open
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient consultative cardiology care
  • Interpreting echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests, and CT reads is a plus.
  • Perform and analyze ECGs and stress testing
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Engage in community education and outreach to promote cardiovascular health

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiovascular disease
  • Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship program
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Georgia
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Sponsorship: Can sponsor J1 and H1b waivers
