Barrio Brewing Co. is a fast paced, high energy brew pub! We are more than just Arizona's Oldest Brewery, we are a beloved Tucson staple, and 100% employee owned. This position has many exciting challenges that come from the enthusiastic atmosphere and diverse guests that enter our doors everyday.

Requirements


Expectations:

Upbeat and personable with team and guests

Maintain a friendly, positive and professional attitude at all times

Promptly greet guests as they enter

Exquisite work ethic and efficiency

Pride, integrity and attention to every detail

Follow established policy and procedure

Excellent communication skills

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs


Minimum Requirements:

Practice good personal hygiene

Must wear and maintain a clean uniform

Desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment

Ability to perform required tasks with minimal supervision

3 years of prior serving experience

Passion to promote the overall success of Barrio Brewing Co.


Benefits:

Include Employee Assistance Program for all employees. Employees who are 21+ and work 1,000 hours or more in a calendar year are eligible to participate in Barrio Brewing Co. Employee Stock Ownership & 401k Plans (after 1 year & qualified entry date); Full time (30+ hours/week) benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life.
