Job description

The Barndo Company is seeking a driven and personable New Home Construction Sales Consultant to help clients turn dream homes into reality. Based out of our showroom in Dunn (in office, not remote), you'll meet excited buyers ready to design their forever home.


The ideal candidate can quickly build rapport, foster trust, communicate with excellence, and consistently hit monthly sales goals. Compensation:

$100,000+


Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline, so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals, so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction
  • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals
  • Support and learn from other sales team members to help establish your own prosperous and long-term real estate career
  • Manage incoming leads and convert them into buyers to meet monthly sales goals

Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of sales and success
  • Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred
  • Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network
  • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
