Job description

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures. Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Create labor records for all transactions. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
1. Minimum Years of experience: 2 3 years
2. Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED
3. Languages competency English
4. Is there any certification required IPC-610
5. Key Skills:
- Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards
- Read design drawings
- Electronic component identification
- Understanding of Quality standards
- Ability to use microscope for long periods of time
6. Key Abilities: follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects
