Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Hardware Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support our engineering and R&D operations. In this role, you will manage hardware inventory, track high-value equipment, support engineers with parts and logistics, and help maintain smooth daily garage operations.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize hardware inventory and storage areas
  • Track equipment using barcode scanners and inventory systems
  • Check hardware components in and out for engineers
  • Support hardware testing and vehicle staging activities
  • Coordinate shipment and transfer of parts between locations
  • Perform basic hands-on technical and warehouse tasks
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Assist with RMAs, shipping, and receiving activities

 Requirements

  • Experience in inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, or hardware support
  • Comfortable working with hardware tools and equipment
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP tools, or barcode scanners
  • Strong organization and communication skills
