Job description

Shipping Coordinator

Location: Onsite – Hilliard, Ohio
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Position Overview

We are a clean-cut, well-organized company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily receiving, shipping, and inventory operations. This role is hands-on but not physically demanding and is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys staying organized and jumping in where needed.

You’ll work closely with a supportive and approachable manager and a collaborative team to ensure orders are accurate, inventory is properly tracked, and customers receive exactly what they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming parts throughout the day, shelve items, and accurately enter inventory into the system

  • Pull and prepare items for shipping using a barcode scanner

  • Create shipping labels, document orders, and update records in the system

  • Verify order accuracy to ensure correct items and quantities are shipped

  • Process customer payments using a credit card machine

  • Communicate effectively with other team members to support daily operations

  • Move items around the warehouse as needed; walking and wheeling items is required

    • No heavy lifting — assistance is provided when needed

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable using computers and basic warehouse systems
