Eagle Landing Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Seasonal Snack Bar Supervisor. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Schedule: Part-time, weekend availability required.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of food service/food preparation experience
  • 1-2 years of management experience required
  • Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) diploma
  • Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
  • Must have food and beverage experience
  • Must have good work ethic
  • Must be dependable
  • Must have strong business aptitude
  • Must have strong service orientation
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills

Position Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of the Snack Bar
  • Must be team oriented
  • Handles the production of food service as necessary in the Snack Bar
  • Hires, supervises, and develops Snack Bar and Beverage Cart Attendant
  • Conducts training and refresher classes for all personnel in the correct procedures
  • Daily oversight of the Snack Bar accounting procedures
  • Maintains cost controls and conduct monthly inventory
  • Accurately handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures
  • Quality assurance, guest service and training of all employees
  • Provides prompt and efficient customer service
  • Responsible for overall guest satisfaction
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times
  • Maintains the cleanliness of production and service equipment
  • Keeps production and service areas clean and orderly
  • Requisitions food and other necessary supplies (where applicable) from kitchen
  • Performs clean-up and closing procedures
  • Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other local/state laws
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
