In this role, you will work closely with the Banquet Manager, Food & Beverage Director, and collaborate alongside the Restaurant Supervisor to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality

- Supervise and motivate bar staff, providing training and support to maintain excellent performance

- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate service flow during events and daily operations

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Assist in creating innovative drink menus and promotional activities
