What You'll Be Doing:As a Dishwasher at Heady Bar-B-Que Co., you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a commercial dish machine to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Rapidly managing multiple tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Following kitchen safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating commercial dish machines.
- A strong understanding of health and sanitation regulations.
- The ability to multi-task effectively and work quickly under pressure.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols.
