The Francis Hall Bartender Supervisor is an integral part of a team of restaurant professionals in our gorgeous craft cocktail bar. As a member of our guest-facing colleagues, you will collaborate with culinary, bar, and leadership to provide memorable “unreasonable hospitality” for our trans-local guests. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Supervise and support bartenders and bar staff during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure guests receive attentive, professional, and friendly service always.

  • Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance coaching of bar team members.

  • Support special events, banquets, and promotional activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards.

  • Complete shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
