The Francis Hall Bartender Supervisor is an integral part of a team of restaurant professionals in our gorgeous craft cocktail bar. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Supervise and support bartenders and bar staff during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure guests receive attentive, professional, and friendly service always.

  • Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance coaching of bar team members.

  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking beverage supplies.

  • Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support special events, banquets, and promotional activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards.
  • Assist management with implementing beverage programs, menu changes, and quality initiatives.
  • Complete shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bartending experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
