This role ensures seamless execution of meetings, celebrations, and special events by collaborating closely with culinary, sales, and operations teams while delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

Requested Tasks
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate banquet and catering events across property space
  • Review sales contracts and event details in collaboration with the Banquet Director and Banquet Chef
  • Prepare and complete Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Oversee event setup, guest seating, service of food and beverages, and post-event breakdown
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events, responding to questions and accommodating special requests
  • Assign duties and supervise banquet team members to ensure smooth event execution
  • Oversee décor, room layouts, and event presentation to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain and assist with records related to inventory, labor costs, and food costs
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing requests promptly

Requested Capabilities
  • Prior experience as a Banquet Manager or on a Banquets team highly preferred
  • Experience with the creation and execution of sales contracts required
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong financial awareness with the ability to manage labor and event costs
  • Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
