Press Brake Operator
Pay: Depending experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime as needed)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Programmer to set up, program, and operate press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components. This is an advanced role requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate press brake machines
Read and interpret blueprints and 3D models
Create and edit machine programs, including multi-hit programs
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
Adjust machine settings to account for material variations
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with basic equipment maintenance
Operate shop equipment such as overhead crane, forklift, and hydraulic press
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with press brake setup and programming (required)
Solid understanding of tooling, tolerances, and precision measurements
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
Familiarity with offline programming software (preferred)
Basic computer skills
