American LED Technology is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our onsite team, focusing on selling electronic message centers and LED signage. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with sign companies and dealers across the United States through telephone, email, and video meetings. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and persistent, managing multiple sales opportunities while meeting monthly goals. This onsite position offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities within American LED Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new dealer accounts regionally
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare and present accurate product quotes
  • Close sales and meet monthly targets
  • Manage multiple opportunities through a structured sales process
  • Communicate product features and options effectively
  • Report on sales activities and opportunities regularly
