Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $16.50/hr to $19.88/hr (Based on experience and qualifications)
Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for technology, and a desire to work behind the scenes on some of the biggest shows in the world? LMG is hiring a QC Tech - LED to help prepare, test, and manage LED inventory used at global conventions, tours, broadcasts, and corporate events.
Whether you are loading gear, inspecting panels, or staging orders for shipment, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge LED experiences that leave a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing
As a QC Tech - LED, you will ensure our LED inventory is show-ready and meets industry-leading standards.
Equipment Check-In and Check-Out
โ€ข Handle inbound and outbound LED gear
โ€ข Verify counts, condition, and proper documentation
Visual Inspection and Maintenance
โ€ข Examine equipment for damage or cleaning needs
โ€ข Perform minor cosmetic repairs including cleaning and label replacement
System Builds and Testing
โ€ข Assist in building system racks based on show orders and specifications
โ€ข Replicate show conditions by setting up and testing LED components prior to shipment
Order Fulfillment and Documentation
โ€ข Review show orders to ensure completeness
โ€ข Locate missing components and clearly document findings
โ€ข Maintain accurate records within inventory systems
Inventory Organization
โ€ข Maintain a clean, coded warehouse system for LED equipment
โ€ข Assist with layout improvements and storage optimization
Logistics Support
โ€ข Support truck loading activities
โ€ข Ensure safe and balanced transport of equipment
