You'll be working in the Technology Group in New York. Technology consists of professionals located in New York, San Francisco, London, Hong Kong and around the globe. We provide advisory services to clients with respect to mergers & acquisitions, sales of companies/divisions and shareholder activism/takeover defense. We advise public and private clients across all industries and geographies.
Your expertise
• Experience in originating and executing public and private technology transactions
• Ability to work effectively with both corporate and private equity clients
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
• Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams
• Undergraduate degree required, MBA or JD preferred

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York USD 325000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
