Position Overview:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing technology-focused projects that align with Christensen Farms' annual business plan and strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in a multi-year ERP implementation initiative, driving projects from concept through implementation while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of business objectives. The IT Project Manager partners cross-functionally, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and proactively drives solutions that support organizational success.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on project goals and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and communication updates
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate project status
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items and outcomes
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What You Offer Us:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Oracle Fusion experience preferred
  • 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in business solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
