Join Hills Bank and let us surprise you with even more perks! SCOPE:The Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery provides leadership and structure for enterprise-wide initiatives that support Hills Bank's strategic priorities, operational effectiveness, customer experience, and compliance objectives. This position serves as a central coordination point between business leaders, IT partners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure projects are clearly defined, well-governed, and delivered on time with measurable results.
