Rhonemus Group has been retained by one of Michigan's most successful community banks to recruit a Director of Bank Operations to their management team. Our client has surpassed $2B in assets and is poised for continued growth and expansion, with a clear focus on culture and customer service across all business units.
We're seeking an individual to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Bank's deposit operations, call center, and digital banking, departments. Our new Director will drive operational efficiency to create a best-in-class customer experience.
