Service Associates are often the first point of contact for customers in the branch and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, accurate, and efficient banking experience. This position focuses on processing routine transactions, supporting daily branch operations, and assisting customers with account needs. Relationship Banker:

Branch Manager:
Branch Managers provide overall leadership for branch operations while driving sales performance, customer experience, and team development. This role is responsible for hiring, coaching, and mentoring staff; ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance; and fostering strong community relationships. Branch Managers balance strategic growth initiatives with day‑to‑day leadership to achieve branch goals, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to the bank’s long‑term success.
