\- Prepare and manage strategic plans and work closely with various parties within the organization <\/span>
\- Network with other experts to exchange learning and good practices <\/span>
\- Be an integral part of the research and analytics in understanding the issue in hand. <\/span>
\- Implement strong management practices and structure work plans and to develop hypotheses and analysis to test them <\/span>
\- To track and drive improvement initiatives across the portfolio to deliver changes in performance of Business Processes\/Operations <\/span>
\- Should have zeal in working in a dynamic BPO environment and keenness in acquiring working knowledge of the operations and processes on site. <\/span>
\- Redesign processes to suit the improvement plan <\/span>
\- Communicate and contact the stakeholders of the project and deliver the desired output in conformance with the client expectation. <\/span>
\- Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability <\/span>
\- Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation. <\/span>
