Job description

Cornerstone Bank is currently taking applications for Commercial/Ag Banker Trainees in our Albion, Aurora and Tilden locations. Successful candidates will receive training and become familiar with commercial and ag loan origination and bank operations. This position will be responsible for loan documentation, credit analysis, cross selling Cornerstone Bank products, and maintaining and soliciting loan customers.


Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in ag business, finance or related field. Applicant must be motivated, detailed oriented and self-directed with excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills. Qualified individuals are able to build on existing customer relationships as well as develop new business and be active in the community.
