Global Financial Services firm is seeking a Fixed Income Agent Lending Project Manager for their Downtown Manhattan location.
Position Summary:
• Lead project management and end to end support for Fixed Income Agent lending project.
• Key contact through various phases of project.
• Manage project effort lifecycle through to go-live status.
• Analyze and review existing processes and identify enhancements to perform activities with appropriate control points.
• Establish and document robust trading framework.
  • Responsible for project management and delivery of a complete Fixed Income Agent lending platform.

Responsibilities:
• Act as project management lead for the agent lending project.
• Define and maintain project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risk and issue lists.
• Review current requirements specifications and make recommendations/document improvements to the specifications.
• Coordinate and implement necessary requirements that are delivered and executed in line with appropriate time, cost and quality standards.
• Document Front Office procedures for the project by partnering with trading and support teams to implement controls.
• Write test scripts, coordinate and end to end UAT.
• Identify, prioritize, resolve and escalate issues as appropriate and realign priorities as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Move project forward and maintain on-time status.
• Provide regular status updates to management team and other key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timeliness.
Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of experience managing projects with focus on Broker Dealer and Banking Operations functions.
• Must have experience with fixed income agent lending processes.
• Must have experience in leading complex projects with demonstrated strong collaborative partnership skills working across multiple teams in a global bank.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and also have the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Must possess ability to communicate bank priorities with sensitivity and strong awareness of organizational dynamics.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and tools, including JIRA and Confluence a plus.
