Description
Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring Foremen for duct bank project work in the Petersburg, VA area. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
  • Review plans and permits
  • Establish daily crew goals
  • Communicate with customer
  • Assign job duties
  • Building multiple conduit duct banks
  • Monitor progress
  • Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
  • Competent Person Training in trenching and excavation
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
  • Basic aerial placement is desired
  • Three years related experience in construction, including duct bank and manhole installation
  • Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
  • Backhoe, Excavator, Trencher Operator is desired
  • Knowledge of shoring and concrete estimation
  • Knowledge of manhole installation
