Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to Banking Contact Center operations to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure successful project delivery. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, independent ownership of projects, and strong communication with leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution aligned with business and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to implement process improvements
  • Schedule and conduct regular stakeholder meetings and project reviews
  • Track project progress and provide timely status updates to senior management
  • Create reports and dashboards to deliver insights on project performance and operational efficiency
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans, particularly in operational and regulatory contexts
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives within Banking Contact Center environments
