Job description

Job Length: Long Term, 40-hours per week, in-office position

If so, the Project Manager position at IdeaBank might be a perfect fit.

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to use their marketing knowledge to efficiently move projects from inception to completion.

  • 2-year degree or equivalent (Required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly outgoing personality and the ability to communicate with clients over the phone or via email on a daily basis
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to problem solve and juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Must be proficient in business software such as Google or Microsoft (documents, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.)
  • Marketing background a plus
  • Experience with AI tools a plus
  • Specific production experience in project management, digital media, strategy, email, photography, writing, design, etc. is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of the company owners and leadership.
  • Process client projects using agency software and effectively manage on-time, within-budget, delivery of projects.
  • Responsible for development and accurate delivery of all functional aspects of campaigns. For example: set up documents, collect campaign specs, proof and validate creative, final campaign criteria etc., including all necessary approvals.
  • Lead the implementation and production of a variety of channels—direct mail, print, digital, collateral, events, websites, etc.
  • Collect and evaluate vendor estimates and bids.
  • Work with colleagues to prioritize all marketing activities each week and push the team to complete documented priorities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all materials to vendors and clients.
  • Oversee calendar and work load to ensure production efficiencies.
  • Maintain inventory of completed samples/campaign work in a central repository for purposes of future reference and possible agency case study.
